Job Summary
We are seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in processing merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process and merchandise donated items in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
