Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Offer expert advice on personal and small business banking products and services, including transaction, investment, and insurance solutions.
- Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions for clients' complex needs.
- Stay up-to-date on compliance and risk management requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
