About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Millennial Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Concrete Work: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assistance with Framing: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Cleanup and Debris Removal: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including cold and refrigerated environments. You will also be exposed to heights and potentially hazardous situations.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
