Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our transportation department.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a variety of heavy vehicles, including lighter, special purpose trucks, to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and safety.
- Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle and its equipment.
- Transport and handle hazardous materials, following all relevant safety protocols.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
