Job Title: Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team at Maple Contractors Ltd. as a key member of our design and construction team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing building plans, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with clients to determine project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop building plans and detailed drawings for construction projects
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop project plans
  • Estimate costs and prepare project budgets
  • Supervise technologists, technicians, and other architects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Architects and/or l'Ordre des architectes du Québec
  • Proficiency in architectural software programs, including ARCHICAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, and AutoCAD
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
