Job Title: Postal Clerk

Canada Post Corp is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Postal Clerk to join our team. As a Postal Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient processing of mail and packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and sort mail and packages, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Operate a computer point of sale system to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a high level of postal products, services, and delivery knowledge to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Process financial transactions, including cash, cheques, debit, and credit card payments.
  • Receive, sort, sequence, and batch mail items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service in a retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Sales experience is an asset, as is experience working in a production environment.
