Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pioneer Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that our sales floor is adequately staffed and that our sales workers are assigned to duties that maximize their productivity and efficiency.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales floor staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Organize Inventory: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have adequate stock of popular items and that our inventory is organized and easily accessible.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to our sales floor staff, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
