Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Evergreen Rehab & Wellness in Coquitlam. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional and therapeutic massage services to clients, assessing their needs and creating customized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and therapeutic massage services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans, taking into account their health histories and current conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Prepare reports and notes as requested by insurance companies or patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs and progress, promoting a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the College of Massage Therapists of BC in good standing.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to speak other languages is an advantage (e.g., Korean, Mandarin, and Cantonese).
