Job Title: Senior Oracle DBA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle DBA to join our team at Paymentus Holdings Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale Oracle databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement database structures to optimize performance and scalability
  • Develop and maintain database scripts and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle database administration
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database internals, including ASM, ACFS, and DBFS
  • Experience with Oracle Real Application Cluster, including installation, upgrade, and patching
  • Strong logical and physical DB design skills, including partitioning, indexing, and data modeling
  • Experience with disaster recovery using RMAN and enterprise backup and restore solutions
