Job Title: Transportation Manager

IBEX TRUCKS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our transportation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead a team of transportation professionals to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.
  • Transport Compliance: Ensure all transportation operations comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Policies and Standards: Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily transportation operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation management.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Initiative, organized, and team player.
