Ogema TLC Inc. is on the lookout for a seasoned and inspiring Chief Executive Officer to manage our childcare facility.
Leadership & Management:
Oversee all operational facets of the center, ensuring adherence to legal standards, upholding superior childcare quality, and nurturing a supportive atmosphere for children, staff, and families.
Financial Oversight:
Direct daily financial activities, including payroll, budgeting, and grant oversight. Recruit, hire, and facilitate staff development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement.
Guarantee the execution of developmentally suitable programs that promote the growth and welfare of children.
Community & Family Relations:
Serve as the representative of Ogema TLC Inc. within the community, managing media interactions, advocating for the center, and building robust relationships with families.
Act as a consultant to the Board of Directors, providing crucial reports, policy drafts, and strategic recommendations to steer the center's future.
Possess an Early Childhood Development Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.
