We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Renaissance Retirement Residence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for inventory management and cost control.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
