About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team at E-badminton Training Centre Inc. as a key member of our coaching staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for athletes of all levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Analyze and evaluate athlete performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted training plans.
  • Recruit and evaluate prospective athletes, assessing their skills and potential for success in the sport.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching approach.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in badminton coaching or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, strategies, and physical conditioning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and athlete satisfaction.
  • Valid criminal record check.
  • Own transportation or willingness to use public transportation.
  • Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, for coaching and training opportunities.
  • Travel expenses paid by employer.
Working Conditions
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent standing and movement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in coaching and training.
