Under the supervision of the VICE-PRESIDENT, the PRODUCTION COST ANALYST will be tasked with examining and interpreting the specifications of project plans to formulate accurate estimates. This role requires close collaboration with both the sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates;
  • Assess the expenses related to materials, labor, and equipment based on project documentation;
  • Develop production plans and ensure material availability;
  • Maintain communication with the sales team across various regions;
  • Input production order information into the ERP system;
  • Oversee production orders and address urgent requests with the production team;
  • Research subcontractors and provide them with necessary project documentation;
  • Evaluate and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Stay informed about competitive trends in the industry;
  • Exhibit proficiency in reading and interpreting structural plans;
  • Establish and uphold monitoring and reporting systems;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Educational Background:

  • DEP in Industrial/Building Design;
  • College Diploma in Building Estimating and Valuation Technology;
  • Or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in the MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills;
  • Familiarity with integrated software applications;
