Compensation:

NEW WAGE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024: $32.65-$37.15 per hour plus shift premiums and bonuses

Work Schedule:

  • Bi-weekly rotating shifts

Monday to Friday – (2 weeks on days – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2 weeks on afternoons – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various tools and equipment to fabricate and repair tooling, including grinders, welding machines, machining tools, and overhead cranes.
  • Assist in stamping operations and resolve production issues.
  • Prepare and set up raw materials or die sections in machinery.
  • Program and operate CNC machinery using Mastercam based on provided CAD data.
  • Collaborate with CAD specialists and toolmakers to refurbish and enhance tooling.
  • Maintain machinery by performing preventive maintenance and requesting repairs as necessary.
  • Support and mentor junior CNC operators.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Machinist and/or Tool and Die Maker.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume, automated stamping environment.
  • Hands-on experience with various stamping processes (e.g., transfer, progressive, blanking) is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with 3/5 axis CNC operation and programming.
  • Familiarity with Solidworks, Mastercam, Edgecam, and AutoCAD software.
  • Proficient in operating Okuma, Siemens, and Heidenhain CNC controls.

  • Manufacturing plant setting.
