Compensation:
NEW WAGE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024: $32.65-$37.15 per hour plus shift premiums and bonuses
Work Schedule:
- Bi-weekly rotating shifts
Monday to Friday – (2 weeks on days – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2 weeks on afternoons – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various tools and equipment to fabricate and repair tooling, including grinders, welding machines, machining tools, and overhead cranes.
- Assist in stamping operations and resolve production issues.
- Prepare and set up raw materials or die sections in machinery.
- Program and operate CNC machinery using Mastercam based on provided CAD data.
- Collaborate with CAD specialists and toolmakers to refurbish and enhance tooling.
- Maintain machinery by performing preventive maintenance and requesting repairs as necessary.
- Support and mentor junior CNC operators.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Machinist and/or Tool and Die Maker.
- 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume, automated stamping environment.
- Hands-on experience with various stamping processes (e.g., transfer, progressive, blanking) is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with 3/5 axis CNC operation and programming.
- Familiarity with Solidworks, Mastercam, Edgecam, and AutoCAD software.
- Proficient in operating Okuma, Siemens, and Heidenhain CNC controls.

- Manufacturing plant setting.
