About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all vehicles are properly detailed and prepared for sale.
  • Inspect vehicles and complete detailed reports to identify any issues or defects.
  • Assist with vehicle preparation, licensing, and gas before scheduled delivery.
  • Participate in dealer trades and other driving duties as required.
  • Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instruction.

Requirements:

  • Must be hard working, organized, and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
  • Proven record of dependability, meticulous work, and going above and beyond.
  • May be required to work on Saturdays as per business needs.
  • Superior work ethic with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles.
  • Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Capable of working as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.
  • A proven self-starter that can work well under stressful situations.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience.***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: $17.00 per hour
