Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Compunnel Inc. as a Compliance Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing data gathering and data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks in accordance with team minimum production and accuracy standards
  • Record data from one source into another, inspect data for completeness, accuracy, and other potential problems in processing
  • Work with the AML team to pull data and organize data in Excel and Word
  • Support the Data analysis team that receives case work

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel skills, comfortable with mail merging, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft suite applications, including Word and Excel
  • Self-sufficient, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking and/or insurance industry experience
  • Experience within the AML industry
