- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and set tables.
- Handle and replace linens as needed.
- Sanitize kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
- Load and organize buspans and trays for efficient use.
- Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Store dishes in designated areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items manually.
- Maintain records of food quantities utilized.
- Portion and wrap food items for service.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure freshness.
- Utilize manual and electrical tools to prepare food items.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly.
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to engage in repetitive activities.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
