About the Role:

SickKids Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Precision Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the strategic vision for our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term and annual marketing strategies in partnership with the Marketing Leadership Team
  • Oversee and develop end-to-end marketing campaigns leveraging all channels in the marketing mix
  • Lead a team of over thirty professionals to ensure the mission and core values of SickKids Foundation are put into practice
  • Manage the overall budget related to precision marketing and oversee key agency and vendor relationships
  • Grow the share of the current marketing revenue stream by leading the Precision Marketing team to develop strategies and implement plans to acquire and retain donors through innovative marketing channels, campaigns, and programs
