Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Goldberg Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our office building. This includes sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas as needed
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities to visitors and staff
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including urban areas and office buildings
Working Conditions:

The Cleaner will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The Cleaner will be required to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Cleaner will work 30-40 hours per week.

Experience:

Experience is an asset, but not required.
