About the Role
The Business Strategy Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and steering the successful execution of various initiatives and special projects within the Vice-President Finance & Administration portfolio. This position involves providing comprehensive reporting and analysis that aligns with the University's strategic objectives. Acting as an institutional resource and change agent, the Business Strategy Analyst offers professional guidance and recommendations to project managers and key decision-makers, including Vice-Presidents, Directors, and other senior leaders within the University.
We seek a highly self-motivated candidate for this analyst role, capable of working independently with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective interactions across all organizational levels. Furthermore, the ability to thoroughly analyze and interpret data, identifying and resolving issues as projects progress, is essential.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with five years of relevant experience in project management, research, financial data analysis, planning, report writing, and communications, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
