Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled QE Lead to join our team and lead the testing efforts for our Salesforce integration project. As a QE Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing testing activities, managing QE analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute testing activities, including test case design, test execution, and defect management
  • Manage a team of QE analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their testing objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure testing activities are aligned with project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain testing processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in testing activities
  • Identify and report testing risks and issues to project stakeholders, providing recommendations for mitigation and resolution
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in testing data migration, with a strong understanding of ETL tools and SQL
  • Experience in leading testing teams and managing testing activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex testing issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Experience with Salesforce and its integration with other systems
