About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice-President to join our team at Van Cheong Tea. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
  • Area of Specialization: Brand management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, and team player.
