Position Overview

As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at Turmeric Restaurant Victoria Ltd., you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining and kitchen areas. Your contributions will ensure that our guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Dishware Management: Efficiently transport clean dishes, cutlery, and glassware to designated serving areas and set tables accordingly.
  • Cleaning Duties: Regularly clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to uphold our hygiene standards.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashing machines to ensure all kitchenware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Pot and Pan Maintenance: Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain kitchen equipment in optimal condition.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Responsible for the removal of kitchen waste and trash to maintain a clean working environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 30 to 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in the workplace is English.
