Dining Room Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality dining experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional dining service to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas.
- Assist with training team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure that all areas are clean and ready for service.
- Assist in special events and ensure that all food and beverages are handled in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure that the dining area meets our cleanliness and readiness standards.
- Assist in table top inventory maintenance and ensure that all food and beverages are properly stored and handled.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
