Planner and Scheduler

EllisDon is seeking a skilled Planner and Scheduler to join our Life Sciences & Technology Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and adherence to EllisDon's Best Practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to create baseline schedules, update project schedules, and report on project status.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Provide support to project teams by developing micro work schedules, what-if scenarios, and Time-Impact-Analysis (TIA) schedules as required.
- Participate in internal project review meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- 8+ years of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Experience working on data centre and pharmaceutical projects.
- Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs, including P6 and MS Projects.
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously.
- Experience working as part of a construction project team, with a preference for candidates with hands-on experience from carpentry, site superintendent, project manager, project coordinator, or field engineer.
