Job Summary

Sackville Concrete is seeking a skilled Class 3 Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of ready mix concrete to construction sites.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ready mix concrete to construction sites in a safe and timely manner
  • Unload concrete from the truck and ensure the site is left in a clean and organized state
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the truck and plant
  • Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the yard
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Completion of a driver training course
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Previous experience is an asset
  • Flexibility in work schedule (early mornings, days, late evenings)

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position starts at $25.30.
