About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team at Southview Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, removing litter and garbage, and performing various other tasks related to outdoor maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and repairing and maintaining equipment.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass and remove litter and garbage to keep our work sites clean and safe.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including dust, heat, and physical demands.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
