About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Specialist at our Premium Outlet location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective product demonstrations, device support, and personalized interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales techniques, product demonstrations, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to effectively communicate its benefits to customers.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
