At Higher Talent, we're seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician Journeyperson to join our client, Pennecon Services & Maintenance, in Fredericton, NB.

As a key member of The Panel Shop team, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to their development, and thrive in a collaborative work environment focused on growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, and repair operational instruments and systems.
  • Install, calibrate, and adjust control instruments and components.
  • Develop PLC/HMI/SCADA systems and provide on-site start-up and commissioning services.
  • Support panel fabrication facilities with commissioning and programming and Variable Frequency Drive selection and configuration.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality, customized solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control systems.
  • Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA systems and Variable Frequency Drives.
  • Valid Driver's License.
