We are seeking an accomplished Technical Team Lead, Software Engineer to join our team in supporting multiple software products and brands across the organization. This position is located in Irvine, CA and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of highly visible web applications that touch millions of users.
  2. Continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply the learnings to improve Apartments' software products.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  5. Develop and implement automated test processes to ensure software quality.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  7. Participate in the design and development of new software features and products.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.
  2. A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  3. 10+ years of development experience.
  4. Experience in Web based and Database technologies.
  5. Solid web development and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Solid experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server.
  7. Experience in developing Server Side Rendered and Single Page Web Applications.
  8. Experience in fast paced Agile Scrum environments.
  9. Proficiency in Continuous Delivery best practices.
  10. Understanding & implementation of automated test processes.
  11. Strong project management skills.
  12. Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers, and senior management).
  13. Excellent team building, negotiation, and consensus building abilities.
  14. Ability to motivate and build high performance software development teams.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
  1. 1+ years of team leadership experience managing direct reports.
  2. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React is highly desired.
  3. Experience with AWS EC2/ECS/S3/RDS/SQS/Aurora/Lambda is highly desired.
  4. Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elastic Search.
  5. Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus.
