We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at TUNG AIR TRANSPORT LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our dispatchers and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
  • Recruit and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Manage inventory and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in logistics or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a warehouse or similar environment.
