Job Title: Parent's Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and caring Parent's Assistant to join our team at Jenna Wasserman. As a Parent's Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our family.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, traveling with the family on trips, and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties. You will also be responsible for bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children, as well as keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding children.

Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework
  • Cook
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality
