Family Medicine Physician – Red Deer, Blackfalds or Delburne

Welcome to the opportunity for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our esteemed network.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid and relevant license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, or hold a Notification of Eligibility Letter from the CPSA.
- Demonstrated recent experience (within the last 12 months) in independent Family Medicine practice, serving as the Most Responsible Physician for a diverse patient population.
- Recent involvement in Obstetrics (within the last 24 months), including pre-natal, postnatal, and neonatal care, along with experience in low-risk deliveries (if interested in Obstetrics).
- Experience managing obstetrical and neonatal emergencies and resuscitation (if interested in Obstetrics).
- Recent responsibility for after-hours inpatient care within the past 24 months.
- Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Position Details:
- Classification: Full-time
- FTE: 1
- Department: Family Medicine
- Compensation: This position operates on a Fee For Service basis with an On Call Stipend. Physicians are compensated for being on call. Compensation programs may be subject to review and change.
