We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at 1227557 AB Ltd. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Bookkeeping Tasks: Perform various bookkeeping tasks, such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, reconciling accounts, and preparing trial balances.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to manage financial data and perform various accounting tasks.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position. The work language is English.
