Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices for accuracy and authorization, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare cheque runs efficiently and handle any special instructions provided.
- Respond promptly to vendor inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Monitor the accounts payable aging report regularly to identify potential issues.
- Process employee expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct various reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.
- Provide administrative support with filing and other tasks as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from the accounting team effectively.
Qualifications:
- A foundational understanding of accounting principles.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager 7S is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and vendors.
