ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Maintain precise and current financial records through timely monthly entries.
  • Ensure regular reconciliation of accounts, including daily bank reconciliations and other general ledger accounts.
  • Manage posting, reconciliation, and follow-up of customer and vehicle accounts receivable.
  • Oversee posting, reconciliation, and processing of vendor payables.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly sales tax submissions.
  • Assist in generating monthly income statements and balance sheets for the holding company.
  • Conduct data analysis on monthly benefit billing reports and claims.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience is essential for this position.
  • Possession of a CPA designation or equivalent, or progress towards it, is advantageous.
