About the Role:

Semtech Corporation is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership.
  • Manage an editorial calendar to deliver timely content across platforms and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor content performance success metrics and identify critical improvement opportunities with action plans to address.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role in B2B technology marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across platforms.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions.

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD $84,000 - $132,000. The base salary is determined by factors such as job-related qualifications, skills, education, and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee's total compensation package.
