Job Title: Petroleum Station Manager

BANCROFT PETROLEUM INC. is seeking a skilled Petroleum Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gas station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth running of the station.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including fuel and convenience store items
  • Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or petroleum industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Adaptability, analytical, and problem-solving skills
