Work Environment

The position is based in a vibrant restaurant setting, where teamwork and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and arrange tables
  • Load and organize buspans and trays for service
  • Utilize dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Store dishes in designated areas after cleaning
  • Employ manual and electric tools to prepare food items by cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and refuse
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting
