Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for managing and updating health information databases, analyzing statistical information, and producing reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and update health information databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze statistical information from private and public health care institutions and organizations to identify trends and patterns.
- Produce high-quality reports to stakeholders, including research findings and recommendations.
- Organize conferences and meetings to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members and external stakeholders.
- Prepare research papers, educational texts, and articles to disseminate research findings and promote knowledge sharing.
- Interpret trends and developments in health issues to inform research and policy decisions.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of health projects and programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Produce articles to provide health information to association or organization members.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary projects to achieve research objectives.
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to share research findings and promote knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and compile research results to inform research decisions and policy development.
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
