Job Title: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Mechanic

At Red Lake Plumbing and Heating, we are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team. As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and overhaul heating systems, including refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems, including ventilation, air handling, and air conditioning systems
  • Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components
  • Start up systems and test for leaks using testing devices
  • Perform maintenance tasks, such as recharging systems with refrigerant and checking regulators
  • Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
