Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
The position is based in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and train staff or coordinate training sessions
- Authorize payments and manage financial transactions
- Develop and implement work schedules
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges
- Organize and maintain stock levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
- Manage cash handling processes
- Oversee payroll functions
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
