Position Overview

As a Recruitment Officer at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd., you will play a crucial role in identifying and fulfilling staffing needs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Staffing Needs: Analyze current and future staffing requirements to ensure the organization is well-equipped with qualified personnel.
  • Applicant Management: Collect, screen, and evaluate job applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Guidance: Provide information to job seekers regarding employment prerequisites and conditions.
  • Inventory Review: Maintain and review candidate inventories to ensure a pool of qualified applicants.
  • Interview Coordination: Reach out to potential candidates to schedule interviews and assess their fit for the roles.
  • Graduate Recruitment: Actively recruit graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Selection Participation: Co-ordinate and take part in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Result Notification: Inform applicants about the outcomes of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Supervision: Oversee personnel clerks responsible for administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping.
  • Staff Recruitment: Engage in the recruitment and hiring of new staff members.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a related field.
