Position Overview

The role of a Light Duty Cleaner involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within various facilities. This position is essential for ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Upholstery Maintenance: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a dust-free environment.
  • Elevator Sanitation: Clean and disinfect elevators regularly to promote health and safety.
  • Waste Management: Collect debris and empty trash containers to maintain a tidy space.
  • Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to enhance the overall appearance of the facility.
Work Environment

This position requires:

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks.
