Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator to join our team in Sperling, Manitoba. Our company specializes in executing complex, multidisciplinary projects involving structural and mechanical trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cost estimates, proposals, and schedules for project bids by interpreting drawings, specifications, and customer instructions
  • Collaborate with the Sperling Project Management Team or directly with customers to understand project requirements and needs
  • Execute projects as a team member by coordinating and collaborating between internal departments and subcontractors
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management or an Engineering Technologist Program (an asset)
  • Experience in structural and mechanical disciplines in an industrial sector (an asset)
  • Documentation skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work in Canada without restriction
