Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our retail establishment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is based in a retail service setting, which may include rural areas and various retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales staff effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
  • Engage with customers to sell products and address inquiries.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance and staffing.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve supply chain issues.
