We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Construction & Renovation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects successfully.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects are being built to the required quality standards, and identify and address any issues or defects.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe working environment for all construction workers, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction supervisory role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of construction practices and procedures.
