About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and return to meaningful activity.
  • Collaborate with our inter-professional team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
