Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert knowledge and hands-on involvement for all pertinent systems, including the identification and creation of technical solutions for design, development, and deployment within specified technologies. Oversee the comprehensive end-to-end development of applications and databases in both traditional and cloud environments. Develop functional and technical designs for customizations, extensions, and configurations necessary for implementing modules, workflows, and rules. Enhance and clarify designs throughout the software development and implementation phases. Write and unit test code, providing expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Facilitate deployment in production environments. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for production challenges. Generate all functional and technical design documentation. General Competencies: Experience with specified technologies and versions. Skilled in creating and documenting technical designs, development, and delivery of technology solutions, including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations for High Availability environments. Proven experience in creating and updating technical design specifications to meet project needs. Proficient in providing project delivery estimations based on business requirements. Experienced in designing, developing, and testing data conversion programs and processes to ensure accurate data migrations. Knowledgeable in enterprise architecture methodologies and tools related to specified technologies. Experience in developing or customizing reports, interfaces, application extensions, workflows, and procedures. Familiarity with Application Framework and Development Framework of specified technologies. Experience with UI integration (embedding external applications in specified technology, exposing specified technology in external applications). Skilled in developing integrated test scenarios, identifying test data, executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing, troubleshooting and resolving identified issues, and documenting test results. Proficient in stakeholder management. Knowledge of Open UI Concepts, including PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files. Experienced in designing and developing large-scale IT solutions while providing guidance to development teams. Proficient in developing JEE solutions, including JEE design patterns. Adept at analyzing and designing modifications to existing software solutions. Comprehensive understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile development. Proficient in RDBMS design principles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in creating Unix scripts and utilizing Version Control Tools (PVCS). Familiarity with Rational tools for software development. Proven ability to facilitate discussions, negotiations, and conflict resolution. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, management, and teams, including making presentations and reporting outcomes. Experience in designing and developing Web Services. Knowledgeable in AIX, UML, and XML. Experienced in designing, developing, testing, optimizing, and supporting complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects with the ability to resolve complex production issues. Technical Skills - % yr+ Demonstrated development experience in IBM Cúram Social Program Management platform. Cúram V Certified Developer preferred. yr+ Demonstrated experience in JEE JAVA-based software development. yr+ Demonstrated experience using Apache Ant, Maven, Tomcat, JavaScript, XML, Json, WebLogic or WebSphere application server, Oracle DB, SQL, jUnit. Must have experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Services, Messaging, SFTP, and other system integration technologies.
